It seems like Elias does something new every day...and now I am playing catch-up to share with you all he can do :) The first steps have been such a joy to watch and he is like a little spider monkey crawling fast enough that there is no way you can take your eyes off of him. We have had to corral him so that we can keep him safe! He can climb up the stairs without a thought and now he is learning to climb on anything he can get a foothold on.

And Elias loves books! Go Dogs Go is the favorite right now and we must read it at least 5 times a day!
Peek-a-boo has become a normal game we play. He will often initiate by putting his head down into the couch or our shoulders and then quickly popping up. It is so adorable! Below is a video of Eli playing peek-a-boo with his burp cloth (don't worry, it's clean)!
We spent the day at the park and took advantage of the California sun we've been telling Elias about. I think he was started thinking it was a myth :) Bandit and Finn enjoyed park day too! After a nice hour long stroll, we picnicked in the shade and after throwing the tennis ball around and crawling after the dogs, Elias finally tuckered out and took a nap.
